Most dog walks are the same fifteen minutes around the block, on lead, past the same three letterboxes. Ours are not.
Every Hipster Dogs adventure excursion happens on our own 40 acre property in Oratia. Your dog gets fields, an orchard, native bush and fresh water streams to actually explore off lead, alongside a small pack of other dogs under close, active supervision. We pick your dog up, run the excursion, and drop them home tired in the good way. Worked muscles, real socialising, a mind that has had something to do.
What’s included
Every excursion includes pick-up and drop-off, so it does not have to fit around your work day. Your dog gets off-lead exercise time on private, fenced land, weather and temperament permitting, in a small group where they get real attention rather than just a headcount. We bring water and treats along the way, and your dog gets a calm, comfortable ride home afterwards.
Is this right for your dog
Adventure excursions suit dogs who need more than a lead walk can give them. That includes high energy breeds, dogs that thrive on being part of a pack, and owners who want their dog properly tired by 9am rather than just walked. If your dog is nervous around other dogs, still building confidence, or is not suited to a group setting, ask us about solo walks instead. Same off-lead philosophy, just one-on-one.

We cover Central West Auckland, Oratia, Green Bay, Titirangi, Laingholm, New Lynn, Glen Eden, Sunnyvale, Henderson Valley and Henderson.
Pricing
Rates start from $51 per walk for regular bookings of three walks a week, or $56 per walk for one to two walks a week. Full pricing and what’s included at each tier is on our Services page.
What’s included in an adventure excursion

Every new dog starts with a free 30 minute Meet and Greet, so they can get comfortable with their walker before their first excursion. Get in touch to book one in.
